Login Info: All newly appointed board members will be sent a “Welcome” email from empowerla@lacity.org with the subject line “Welcome To The Neighborhood Council System – Important Required Training Info” containing their new Cornerstone Board Member Training Portal login credentials. If you were recently elected/appointed, please search your inbox for the aforementioned subject line.
If you have not received your “Welcome” Email, please be sure that your Neighborhood Council’s executive board has reached out to us at rosters@neighborhoodempowerment.lacity.gov with a roster showing your appointment to the board.
