Troubleshooting
Are you having trouble submitting your application?
If you are having trouble submitting your PCN application, please try the following:
- Try using a different web browser (Examples: Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
- Clear your web browsers cache
- Reload the form
- Make sure all fields are filled out
- The email address provided is in the correct format. (Example: sample@abccompany.com)
- Attachments are in PDF and Excel format
- Make sure the combined attachments do not exceed 90 MB

PCN Email Application
If you are still having issues, read on for steps to submit your application via email.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
- All PCN applications MUST include the required information and attachments.
- Attachments MUST be in PDF and Excel format ONLY.
- If your application is missing any information or attachments, the application will be rejected; and you will be required to re-submit the application and attachments.
- Read the form instructions carefully.
- Send the completed application and attachments to CLERK.PCN@LACITY.ORG.
- Insert the following into the subject line of your email: “PCN Application submitted for [YOUR PROJECT NAME]”
