Service of Process

The Office of the City Clerk Council and Public Services Division is open Monday - Friday from 8am - 4:30pm for service of process of legal documents for City of Los Angeles and its departments. 

The City Clerk’s Office cannot accept legal documents for Housing Authority nor for personal service.
