If you haven’t already, it is time to familiarize yourself with Workday and familiarize yourself with the resources available below:
- Login to Workday and explore your Worker Profile. Getting familiar with Workday now will help ensure you are prepared when Phase 2 goes live. Your Workday login credentials are the same as the credentials for your City Google account. For assistance, please reference the following job aids:
- Logging Into Workday Job Aid
- Workday Navigation Job Aid
- Visit the HRP Project Website. The HRP Project website is your home base for all information regarding HRP. Learn more about the history of the HRP project, what’s included in each phase, and how to access additional support.
- Explore Training in the Knowledge Base and watch the Phase 2 live training here. The Knowledge Base stores all training resources for HRP, including job aids and videos for all Workday functionality.
- Watch the November City Wide Town Hall to get the latest update on the HRP project. The Town Hall includes details about the new June 2024 Phase 2 Go-Live date as well as employee responsibilities for a successful implementation.
HRP Phase 2 is scheduled to go live on June 16th, 2024. With the Phase 2 release, the majority of City employees will enter time worked and time off directly into Workday. However, timekeepers will still be able to enter and approve time on behalf of their staff. Although we will continue to rely on timekeepers to enter our time, when HRP Phase 2 goes live, employees will use Workday to access their payslip and other benefits and compensation information.
As we get closer to Payroll being processed in Workday, please view the demo videos and log participation in the spreadsheet emailed on February 15. ALL EMPLOYEES ARE TO VIEW THE VIDEO BY MARCH 15, 2024. Training will be starting soon and the videos will introduce you to the process.
The Payroll Team will be showcasing a Workday Demonstration to all City Clerk employees on Thursday March 21st @ 3:00 PM.
