Homeless:

The Outreach team works to remedy the challenges and obstacles the homeless community faces for civic engagement. Common challenges include confusion about registration requirements, previous inability to register due to lack of information, resources (CA ID/DL), and access to a mailing address. The program works with different CBOs and government agencies to reach unhoused City residents and provide various education and services.
